TIGG Providing Additional Granular Activated Carbon (GAC) Vessels to the City of West Monroe, Louisiana

OAKDALE, PA – (November 3, 2017) – TIGG has provided an additional GAC System to the City of West Monroe, Louisiana. It is identical to the previous system installed in 2014 to treat their water for color, taste, odor and disinfection byproducts.The system includes four GAC vessels containing 20,000 pounds of carbon in each and is a part of TIGG’s standard product line.The liquid phase collection system is designed to promote even flow distribution and thus, efficient adsorbent utilization.
